Tefal E- Warranty Guidelines ()

INTRODUCTION

This E-Warranty is only applicable for products from Tefal Official Store.

User may register for E-Warranty for Tefal Products online at https://clubtefal.com.my/club.

*Please be informed that E-Warranty is only applicable for Tefal products from Tefal Official Store on .

After you have placed order and made payment for Tefal products from Tefal Official Store on :

Step 1: Scan the QR code from product album for that respective product or you can login to 'clubtefal.com.my'.

When you are being redirected to ClubTefal website, you will have to create an account on Club Tefal before registering for Tefal E-Warranty,

Step 2 : For existing members, please click Log in Now. If you're new to Tefal, Click Register Now.

Step 3: After registering/ logging in as ClubTefal account, user can click on E-Warranty and it will lead you to this page below.

Step 4: After registering, you can log in and click for Register Warranty for the Tefal Products that you have purchased.

Step 5: You will be redirected to E-Warranty Registration Form. Please fill in the related fields. Kindly mouse over to the for further instructions to fill up the field.

When you are filling in the form,

a) You may select for Purchase From column. (You may refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.)

b) As for the reference code column, you may fill in the reference code as provided from the box. (Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference)

You are required to download Order Invoice from (Log in > User Centre> My Order> Select Order>Download Invoice), you are welcome to request invoice for us by reaching out to GKK Support Team via .

Step 6 : Click SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL and wait for E-Warranty to get approval up to 5 working days. You may login to clubtefal.com to check for the status.

User can login in ClubTefal.com to view for warranty submission status and your approval page will look like this.
